These Terms (together with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, both of which are hereby incorporated by reference) constitute the entire agreement between each user and Wayfare Labs and govern each user’s use of Common Good Market Website or the Services, superseding any prior agreements. The Terms and the relationship between each user and Wayfare Labs shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions and each party shall submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in California. The parties hereby disclaim the application of the 1980 U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The English language version of these Terms will be controlling in the interpretation or application of the terms of these Terms. No waiver of any provision of these Terms will be binding unless it is in writing. Except as otherwise provided herein, this Terms may be amended by Wayfare Labs, as set forth above, or by a written document signed by both parties.
